This Guarantee does not affect your legal rights
Pure Steam Cleaners are guaranteed against de-fects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch (7 years for the copper boilers).
Accordingly Pure Steam Cleaners.uk undertake that any part found to be defec-tive in this way will be replaced without charge of parts or labour.
The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect or any machine which has had the serial number altered, defaced or re-moved.
The guarantee does not cover the replacement of perishable or consumable items such as tools, brushes, mains cables, or external hoses.
The guarantee does not cover normal maintenance servicing and we recom-mend that regular maintenance is carried out by our trained staff.
The use of non Pure Steam Cleaners parts, including all accessories can be harmful to the machine and will invalidate the guarantee.
Pure Steam Cleaners will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever from or in connection with our machines.

Returns Policy

At Pure Steam Cleaners, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial steam cleaning machines and excellent customer service. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
  • For rental machines, returns must comply with the terms of the rental agreement.

Please note: Special order or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@puresteamcleaners.uk or call 01903 755128 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
  • A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same model due to a fault or defect, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement where possible.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For large or heavy items, we can arrange collection at an additional cost.
  • Ensure that returned items are adequately packed to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to improper packaging.
